Preliminary solution for 23 December 2011 events

John Beavan, 25 Jan 2012, disloc99 solution 002.

Uniform slip on a rectangular fault in an elastic half-space.

Based on GPS only. I also have InSAR data from Eric Fielding but it has not yet
been included.

Coordinates of fault corners:
-43.4707127758 172.8466349962
-43.5019634024 172.7307147597
-43.5171422967 172.7384207281
-43.4858838644 172.8543656017

Coordinates of point midway along fault where it would hit the surface if the
fault extended to the surface:
-43.4837589276 172.7873558895

slip = 0.6 +/- 0.05 m
strike = 69.5 +/- 2 deg
dip = 72.7 +/- 3 deg
rake = 146 +/- 6 deg
top depth = 1 km (constrained)
bottom depth = 7 +/- 1 km
length = 10 km (constrained)
